Sales Simplicity Software, a MiTek® company, is the North American market share leader providing CRM and sales automation SaaS software to the residential home building market, serving both single family and multi-family builders. Through partnerships, especially its tight integration with BuilderMT (a MiTek® company), and various accounting systems, Sales Simplicity is fully integrated in many homebuilding processes, including estimating, bid management, model management, production scheduling, mobile scheduling, purchasing, subcontractor control, and warranty and mobile warranty.
In January, 2016, MiTek Industries acquired Sales Simplicity, and announced that Tom Gebes will serve as president of both BuilderMT and Sales Simplicity, as he leads a strategic effort to further integrate the two software solutions.
Since that announcement, BuilderMT and Sales Simplicity have decisively moved toward working as one system. Today, there is direct Web Services integration between Sales Simplicity and BuilderMT. Also, Tom Gebes has spearheaded a successful effort to cross-train the two companies’ support teams, so they are educated about each others solutions.
Additionally, BuilderMT and Sales Simplicity have continued to tighten integration with their other technology partners, including Avid Ratings, CG Visions, Hyphen Solutions, Punchlist Manager, Sage, and Western Computer. In 2016, these companies announced that they collectively invest $8,000,000 (eight million dollars) in research and development each year, and offer a team of 177 personnel that work directly with clients or on developing multiple-award-winning software solutions. That team of personnel includes 56 of the home building industry’s top software developers, 42 additional personnel who work in support roles, and 79 full-time consultants.
