Verity Homes Used Sales Simplicity to Scale Up 25 Starts and Manage 300 Options Per Home Plan Without Adding Staff, Netting An Additional $300,000 in One Year Alone

Chandler, Ariz. — October 14, 2013 — Sales Simplicity Software, the widely acknowledged leader in sales automation, dynamic content management, and reporting for the homebuilder and real-estate sectors, today announced that it has won another technology award.  Sales Simplicity was recognized with a Constructech “Vision Gold” Award for the sales automation technology it brings to Verity Homes, a Red Door Homes licensee. 

With Sales Simplicity, and other allied technology providers, Verity Homes was able to scale up 20% in starts without adding staff.  In 2012, Verity Homes started over 150 homes in 17 neighborhoods, using 38 base home plans.  Those 150 starts were 25 more than in 2011, but Verity Homes was able to add them without adding new personnel, netting an additional $300,000 in the process in 2012 alone.
